Picnic Time - Sarah Kay

Good afternoon everyone back with a card I did for fun. I was sorting out my stamps, they were all crowded into one box and I could never find what I wanted, and I came across a few that I have never used. I can't believe I didn't use this one as I must have had her for nearly a year. She is the gorgeously cute 'Picnic Time' from Sara Kay.

I have kept her fairly simple (well it is for me) Cut with SB grand oval and set onto an Opulent oval with a rickrack border behind her. I added 2 MB corners and cut the WRS sentiment with a scalloped circle. Pearls and charm from Mei Craft. Paper from Nitwits and ribbon and buttons from my stash. (The buttons were recycled from an old blouse).

She is of course coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and a little Prisma Pencil.

I used the same paper on the inside and added another MB corner.

I am entering the following challenges :-

Thanks for taking the time to look, I hope you all have a great weekend

Sophia Wishes

I thought I would try another one for the Die-ing for a challenge blog 'Blue and Brown' as it's not colours I had tried together before.

This time I have used a Sarah Kay design from Stampavie, 'Sophia Wishes' Have been dying to play with this since I bought her at Harrogate last week. (Have a few more to get to yet).
I created the card from Kraft card using Spellbinders Grand Lables 11, using a partial cut for the main card. The tag is a partial Labels 21. Flowers from WOC and from my stash, buckle a freebie from Dies to Die for, leaves a MS punch, and ribbon button and corners from my stash.

She is coloured with Promarkers and Prisma pencils and walnut distress ink around the edges. Stardust stickles added liberally to the flowers.
Hope you like her, and thank you for looking. (finally worked out how to add links to my posts :))
