Strawberry Girl - Mo's Digital Pencil

Can I say welcome to my new follower, and thank you for your lovely comment.

This is my second card as guest designer for the I Love Promarkers blog.  This weeks theme is 'Tuti-Fruiti and we are being sponsored by the lovely http://www.joannasheen.com a great place to shop.

I have chosen a Mo Manning image called Strawberry Girl.  Judy made a card with her a few weeks ago and I just had to buy her.

I have used a backing paper from Joanna Sheens Cd 'Daisy and Friends'.  Spellbinders Grand Circles to cut the image and an Edgeability as a border.  I added a Marianne Creatable to highlight her and added detail to the bottom with a MS punch. The leaves are also a MS punch.  The two corner dies are both Memory Box,  The flowers are from WOC (I got a huge order last week :)) Ribbon and pearls are from my stash.

She is coloured as always with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Prisma pencils, and added DI around the edges. I also used white pen in her hair as I had gone too dark, and added stickles to the white flowers but I just cant get it to show.

This is a side view to highlight the flowers.

And from another angle.

I am entering Allsorts Challenge # 158 'Ice cream colours'    Wild Orchid Challenge #52 'Anything Goes' and Passion for Promarkers challenge #152 'Lots of Layers'

Thank you so much for looking, and don't forget to check out the DT samples over at I love Promarkers.

I can't believe you think you don't know anything about shading!! Your colouring is lovely, it has a beautiful subtle quality to it, that may be down to the pencils, you might have to give me a lesson in colouring with them as I have some and have been intending to use them for ages but haven't even sharpened them yet!!! I love your latest two cards, they are so pretty, I wish I could make cards like this, mine are never really bright (this weeks aside!) and I like bright colours so I should maybe try taking myself out of my comfort zone more eh!
Enjoy your time on our team, it's great having you with us.
