Good morning everyone and welcome to my two new followers Cindy and Lori, so glad to have decided to you join me.
Today's card is a commissioned one for a friend of someone I work with. She has had a few cards of mine over the past few years and I know her favourites are decoupaged ones. So what better than Jane Shasky's 'From the heart of the garden' cd from Joanna Sheen.
Before I found blogging I was really into decoupage and have dozens of cds but this is one of my favourites.
This is an 8x8 card and as you can see it is a big image but easy to cut out. The background papers are also from the cd. I added some Joy Craft corners and SB butterflies and the sentiment is computer generated and cut with the smallest SB Timeless rectangle.
Lace, ribbon (which irl is the same colour as the roses), pearls and gems from my stash.
This shows all the layers.
I added copious amounts of Diamond stickles to the flowers and Glamour dust to the butterflies
The inside shows the alternate backing paper.

Hi Eileen, absolutely love your decoupaged card it is so pretty especially in that shade of pink. I am sure your friend will be delighted.I have just had a browse through your blog and see you are still making beautiful creations, love them.It doesn't seem like a year since joined blog land, how time flies eh.
