A Vintage Lady

Good morning everyone... anyone else dying in this heat????  Would be great if it was just cool at night..............
Today is a card I did just for fun... wanted to try out the new dies and papers I got this week.

A very different card for me. The image is an old Hunkydory one. My new things are the Cheery Lynn Polynesian Sails Oval and the Lady Kate edger also the floral paper is from First Edition 'Rose Garden'.  I also used a deco corner and leaves from CL, a SB Parisian accent border and a Marianne tag. Flowers from WOC, Sentiment from Wild Rose Studio and ribbon and pearls from my stash.  Matted onto bronze mirror board and Coordinations..

I also added shabby pink frantage and walnut stain distress ink.

As a finishing touch I added CL exotic butterflies.

The inside does reflect the front.

I am entering the following challenges :-

Thanks for taking the time to look

Hiya Kid, sorry I have been MIA for a while but not in the best place at the moment, waiting for a psych appointment and then hopefully can start getting back on track again. I have just looked back over your last half a dozen entries and while the standard of your cards is always excellent I feel I must let you know how good your fussy cutting is, not always easy to do at the best of time but it always looks god when you take the time and that's what you've done.
I also must may how good your photos are. Card after card and the quality of your images is superb. So well done to you, your site is a joy to come to and has really picked me up this morning (especially as Jo isn't talking to me - dumb row last night, it'll be sorted today though!!).
Hope the weather isn't too bad for you, I love the sunshine, can't get enough of it.
Take care
