Mother's Day Card - Marianne dies

Good morning and welcome to my new followers.... hmmmm my last day in my 50's.... I keep telling the girls at work I am going to drive them mad saying 'If the government hadn't moved the goal posts I would have been retired now'... but I suppose it also means I can't call myself a pensioner :) Another 3 years to that day....

I nearly wasn't with you again, :), this time not because of an accident but because I got a new DVD drive for my PC and when we fitted it yesterday my computer wouldn't boot up. Tried all ways but nothing :(
I thought oh my another thing to add to the list of expenses for this year :(   Then I disconnected the new drive and  had to do a start up that checked everything. 2 hours later it finally booted again phewwwwwwwwwww.

So today I will get round your blogs and catch up with my commenting and DT work.
This is another one of my commissioned cards. It was to send to Spain so couldn't be too thick.

It's a really simple one just using Marianne Anja square, Nitwit paper and flowers, pears and ribbon from my stash.  I added distress ink while it was still in the die and voila... done. The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat.

I am entering the following challenges :-

Thank's for taking the time to look.  I will be drawing my candy tomorrow

Eileen, you brought such a smile to me tonight! Thank you for the sweet comment. I've been a silent follower of yours for a while.. and just last week I was scrolling through your blog (again) because your work brings me such joy. :o) This card is a perfect example! Despite the lack of bulk, it is exquisite. The colors, design, incredible die, and sweet sentiment make this so beautiful.

I pray that your special day is filled with love, sparkles, and all things wonderful! :o) Happy Birthday! Hugs and blessings!
