Delicious Cocoa - The Paper Shelter - TPS DT

Good morning everyone. Today is the start of a new challenge at The Paper Shelter, where the theme this week is 'All Wrapped Up'.  If you check out my teamies cards you will see that this can be interpreted in a few ways.

I have made a male card for a change and used 'Delicious Cocoa' as he is certainly wrapped for cold weather.  He is cut with a SB grand circle with a faux nestie behind him. The papers are from papermania. Sentiment stamp from LOTV and ribbon and cardcandi from my stash.

He is of course coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Triamarkers and a little Prisma pencil. I also used distress ink and stain on the background.

The inside is a reversal of the front.

Emily - Sylvia Zet - Wee Stamps - Passion for Promarkers DT

Ooops forgot to post this last night. Good morning everyone, really excited to show one of the latest Sylvia Zet images 'Emily'. Had her inked up and coloured as soon as she was released. She is perfect to use for our new challenge at Passion for Promarkers where Nic has chosen the theme of 'Anything Goes'.

She is cut using SB grand labels 11 with a faux nestie behind her. The whole card and the first two layers are cut with a Go Create frilly square.  The butterfly border is one of the new MB releases. Flowers from WOC. Small butterflies a MS punch. Pearls from Hobby Craft. The ribbon charm  leaves and sentiment are from my stash.

She is of course coloured with promarkers, flexmarkers, triamarkers and a little prisma pencil. 

I added copious amounts of stickles to the flowers and a tiny dot of glossy accents to the puppy's nose.  The inside does reflect the front.

Cleo - The Paper Shelter - TPSDT

Good morning everyone back again this time with a card for the new The Paper Shelter Challenge where the theme this week is 'Winter Blues' (A card with mainly blue as the colour)

I chose to use the Tony and Cleo image without Tony :).  I made so many Christmas cards I felt I needed to get away from winter cards and made this one for my niece's birthday as she loves anything Egyptian.

I used the background that comes with the image but changed the colour to blue. She is fussy cut and mounted onto gold mirror card and coordinations. The addition of a peel off. ribbon and some gems and voila.

She is of course coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Triamarkers and I also used a gold sparkle Sakura pen on her crown, hair and bangle.

The inside does reflect the front.

The prize this week as always is $30 of digi's if you use a TPS image, and 3 digi's of your choice for any other image.

Queenie and Princess - Saturated Canary - Passion for Promarkers DT.

Good morning everyone, hope you have all recovered from the holiday celebrations.  Today is the start of a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers where Lou has chosen the theme of 'Just a Fairytale', so we want to see your Prince's, Princesses, Castles, Dragons etc.

I have used a digi image from Saturated Canary, that I must have bought a year ago and finally inked up, Queenie and Princess.   

Krista really does draw some beautiful images. I fussy cut them and cheated with the background as it's from a card I made about 18 months ago :). The sentiment is from LOTV and it's mounted onto a SB lacy circle. The corners are from my stash.

They are of course coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Triamarkers and a little Prisma pencil.  I also added glossy accents to the crown.

Sorry the pictures are a little dark, I still haven't got my lightbox out from being put away at Christmas.  (The joy :( of not having a separate craft room is that everything is put away and out of sight, now all I have to do is remember where I put everything ;) ).
