All Our Yesterdays - Fay Whittaker - Fussy and Fancy DT

Good morning. Today sees the start of a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy where Beth has chosen the theme 'Lazy Summer Days', and what better than relaxing at the seaside.  But your entry can be of anything ie picnics, bbq's sport etc.  I have used an image from Fay Whittaker that I bought ages ago but thought it was appropriate. It's called 'All Our Yesterdays' and I certainly remember lots of days at the seaside.

The background is from an Adorable's Summer CD and is decoupaged with 3 layers and was pre coloured.  The outer layer is from Nitwits. I fussy cut the lady in the deckchair and the boy.  The lighthouse, bunting and anchor are from Cheery Lynn I think :) The sentiment is a Diesire die. The ribbon is from my stash.

They are coloured with Triamarkers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers.

I cut the bunting twice, the second layer being rainbow mirror board. I also added glossy accents the the sea.

We are being sponsored by Magnolia-lious who are offering a surprise to the winner

The other team 2 girls have made some fabulous cards for your inspiration this week, and I hope you will check them out here

Thanks for taking the time to look

Girl at the door - Fay Whittaker

No colouring on this card. It was a special request for a lady called Phyllis who is 105 today, I hope she had a great birthday.

This is from Joanna Sheen's Fay Whittaker Collection and is a decopage.  I added a Spellbinders border and sentiment banner. Ribbon and gems from my stash and Flowers from WOC.

I added a liberal splash of Stickles to all the flowers, but it doesn't appear to be showing much in the photos.

I am entering Joanna Sheen's challenge 'Remember When' as Phyllis loved her garden, and also Divas by Design 'Anything Goes'

Thanks for looking
