Si Belle - The Paper Shelter - Winter Wonderland DT - Graphic 45

Good morning, today is the start of a new challenge at 'Winter Wonderland' where Colleen has chosen the theme 'Must have a Sentiment.  I have used our sponsors image Si Belle from The Paper Shelter

I finally circumed and used a paper from one of my Graphic 45 pads. She is fussy cut and added to a straight cut DP with the corners rounded with a punch. The sentiment is from Memory Box.  Ribbon and Pearls from my stash. I also added glossy accents to the glass.

A close up of the image.  I left a white margin around her to make her stand out from the background. She is coloured with Triamarkers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers.

A side view.

A view of the inside where I also added tonic circles and an Eiffel tower from SB.

This is the last challenge of the year where you don't have to use a Christmas image, but can do so if you want to.  This week we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter who are giving the winner a prize of a $15 voucher to spend in store.

Have a Heart - Tiddly Inks - Winter Wonderland DT Co-ordinator

Good morning again :)  if you are looking for my 'Fussy and Fancy' DT post scroll down.
I didn't make a Tiddly Inks in ages and now 2 on the same day.  This one is 'Have a Heart' and it is for the Winter Wonderland challenge this week and the theme chosen by the lovely Carol S is 'Have a Heart', you must have a heart somewhere, on the image, as a die cut, on ribbon even just on the DP.

I cut her using a SB labels 25. The side boarder strip is from Die-sire I think. Every thing is matted onto gold mirror and co-ordinations Card. the ribbon, pearls and heart buckle are from my stash.

She is coloured with Tria,Flex and Promarkers and I added red litter to the hearts and to the flowers in the field.

Still cant get the glitter to show.

A view of the inside.

We are being sponsored this week by 'Little Claire'
and they are offering 6 digi images  for the winner(wow 6 !!!!!)

and our other sponsor is Crafter's Companion who are giving the winner a £10 voucher to spend in store

our sponsors are so generous.

We are still in the month where it doesn't have to be Christmas themed, but can be if you want to.

Grow a Little Love - Tiddly Inks - Fussy and Fancy DT.

Good morning and welcome to my first post of the day which is for the Fussy and Fancy challenge.  Jo is the hostess this week and she has chosen a theme of:-

 A recipe.....
Create a design and have some fun,
Use this recipe and your work will be done,
Just use black and white to make a start,
But then add some red , a flowers and a little love heart......X

I have used a Tiddly Inks image of 'Grow a Little Love'.
Just to be a little different I have used a 'Spotlight' technique using the floral heart as the frame for it.

The DP is from Dovecraft and I matted onto co-ordinations card.  The ribbon, flowers and dazzler are from my stash.  The sentiment usesTattered Lace dies for the words, and a chalkboard tag which I bought at a local craft shop. If you look closely you will also see a heart and fairy charm.

A close up to show the flowers better, and you can just about see the glossy accents on them. She is straight cut and coloured with Tria,Flex and Promarkers.

A view of the inside.

 and a sideways image.

Our sponsor for the challenge is Sweet Lilac flowers who are offering a special prize for the winner.

I hope you will pop over and see the amazing cards that have been made for your inspiration this week

Harvest Elf - Aurora Wings

Good afternoon, I have been playing with another Aurora Wings image, 'Harvest Elf' which can be found here.  I bought her when first released and have finally managed to colour her'

She is cut using SB grand ovals and grand scalloped ovals.  The DP is from a 'Wellington' pad.  I used copper mirror card from THoltz as a change from gold or silver. Ribbon, dazzler and pearls from my stash.

A close up, it's amazing how adding a different surround changes the image so much.   She is colourd using Tria markers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers.  At one point I had so many out I hardly had space to work..

A photo of the inside where I foiled the sentiment with hot foil before mounting on Tonic oval.

I made this card just for fun and to enter challenges.

Spring Flowers - Conie Fong - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning it's the start of a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers and the theme chosen by Nic is 'Show us your Favourites'.  So a really easy one as we all have a favourite something when it comes to cards.  I think everyone would have thought I would have a card covered in flowers and glitter.  Well the name of the digi is 'Spring Flowers' by Conie Fong, which I bought ages ago from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I love her designs and don't use them often enough.

She is cut using Go Create dies and layered up with co ordinations card.  If you look closely at the flowers in the field there is lots of red glitter which really shows up IRL.  The ribbon, pearls and sparkler are from my stash, and I added a SB butterfly.

A close up. The green hills, field of flowers and the sky were coloured using my E-Brush, with Spectrum noir pens. ( I bought my Ebrush more than a year ago and I'm still waiting for a holder for Promarkers, and had to buy a set of blue SN's and one of green as I couldn't get 'bluetack' to hold the Promarkers)
The main colouring is Triamarkers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers.

Still trying to show the glitter, I used nuvo glitter for the flowers and  Glamour Dust for the butterfly.

The inside does match the front.  We have two generous sponsors this week.

Letraset are giving the winner a set of 5 bright Promarkers

and Di's Digi Stamps have a $12 voucher to spend in store for one lucky winner
