Christmas is Coming - LOTV - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning and welcome to another challenge at Passion for Promarkers, where the hostess is Julie, and our theme is 'Christmas is coming'.
I have used one of the new images from LOTV, Regency Christmas.

She is straight cut and then I rounded the corners. She is mounted onto a SB Christmas die with a faux nestie behind it. The DP is from Nitwits and the sentiment from LOTV. Flowers and berries from WOC. Ribbon, dazzler and gems from my stash.

A side view to show the flowers, (think I went a little mad with the number I used.)
I coloured with Tria markers, Flex markers and Promarkers. I used Glamour Dust on the snowflakes and the fluffy trim on her coat, and lots of red pearls on the holly.

A view on the inside, but the frame I used is from WRS.

We would love you all to join in with this challenge where our sponsor is '2 Cute to Ink', and they are giving the winner their choice of 2 digi's.

Beautiful butterflies - Crafters Companion - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good afternoon, another late post waiting for some sunshine to arrive... now wait for it I bet it appears when I have posted this :)
So today is the start of a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers, and Nic has chosen the theme of Beautiful Butterflies.  I remembered downloading the monthly freebie (for members) in April, and it took ages to finally find where I had saved it to.  The pages even have their name as 'beautiful butterflies'  so are perfect for this challenge.

This was a really easy card to make with no problems around choosing the right colours to use to colour the butterflies, but it took a while to get the right shades for the Co-ordinations layers.
I printed the butterflies in graduated sizes and coloured them up with flex and Promarkers. The ribbons and sparkler are from my stash

A close up of the butterflies. I added white AB pearls and tiny amounts of Nuvo glitter to the edge of the wings, and alternated the colours.

A view of the inside.

We are being sponsored this week by
2 cute ink logo

Dont forget you must follow the theme and use Letraset products (Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Triamarkers, Aquamarkers etc. to be elligible to enter the challenge

Martini Girl Pin up - Sassy Cheryl - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning, and yes it is Wednesday, but PFP challenge starts on Tuesdays, but not in the case of someone as wooly headed as me.  I won't take you through the trials and tribulations of trying mto remove glue that had oozed out onto the gold mirror card. I have managed to removen this in then past with rubbing alcohol, but have now discovered that it doesn't work on all mirror card so I have to be more frugal with the glue, and more precise with my gluing
So to get back to this week's challenge at Passion for Promarkers where Lisa has chosen the theme of 'Hip to be Square', a really easy one. I have used an image from Sassy Studio Designs, Martini Pin Up Girl.

I made up the layers using SB Grand squares and rectangles. The sentiment is from Tonic, and I have  realised in the photo it looks as if the layer between the gold and green is brown, it's actually olive green.  The glasses have been coated in glossy accents and the olives in varnish glue.

A view of the inside where it does show the olive green.  I have added a couple of layers from Grand labels 1 and Grand Decorative labels one.  I coloured the image with Tria Markers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers. I don't know if Windsor and Newton have any plans to bring out refils as quite a few of mine are really getting very dry, (but it is 3 years at least since I bought them)

Our Sponsor this week is Letraset who are offering the winner a set of 6 brush markers

                [884955042915%2520W%2526N%2520Promarker%2520lifestyle_0255R%255B5%255D.jpg]12743572_10206957178662119_4160937320111101760_n

Don't forget you have to use Letraset products to coulour your image, ann follow the theme.

The other ladies on the team have made some beautiful cards for your inspiration this week, and you can find them here.
