Cherry Blossom Sprite, corner and border - Aurora Wings - Magnolia-licious - Fussy and Fancy DT

Hello I'm back again with my second post of the day, this time it's for the fabulous Fussy and Fancy DT.  

Our host for the next two weeks is the lovely Beth, and she chose the theme of Green and Pink. The two colours go so well together. I have used 3 images from Aurora Wings Cherry Blossom Sprite, Cherry Blossom corner and Cherry Blossom border, which can all be found here

I didn't want to add too much to the card as I feel the images are perfect as they are, No glitter or die cuts.  Th layer behind the image is a Diesire Blossom embossing folder, and the ribbon, gems and dazzler are from my stash.  All the layers are straight cut and have their corners clipped.

She is coloured with Triamarkers,  Flexmarkers and Promarkers

Mr & Mrs Snow - Crafty Sentiments - Winter Wonderland DT

Hello and welcome to my new followers, Thank you for the lovely comments you left me. This is the first of two posts for today. Over at Winter Wonderland the lovely Carol S. is our host, and she has chosen the theme of 'Baubles'.  These can be part of the image, on the backing paper, die cuts or even a card in the shape of a bauble. Today I have used 'Mr & Mrs Snow' which is available here.

I used a MB die to create the aperture and added snow covered acetate to form the front of my shaker card. the white images are digital punches from My Craft Studio, and the sentiment was computer generated and foiled. The ribbon and matt gold mirror board are from my stash.

This shows more detail, I added a Cheery Lynn icicle boarder, and some Marianne trees. I added lots of Glamour dust in white and gold.  I also discovered that if you use Pinflair ice crystals as the shaker fill that they don't stick to the acetate due to not producing any static.

Let it Rain - Saturated Canary - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning,  I hope every had a good Easter holiday.  It's Tuesday and that means a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers, where our theme chosen by Julie  is 'Weather'. It can be sunshine. rain, snowing or windy.  Lots of things to choose from.  I have used 'Let it Rain' from Saturated Canary.  I have had the image for a couple of years, and finally got round to using it.

She is cut with a faux nestie with more SB grand ovals behind her.  The papers are all from Nitwits 'puddle jumping' set.The ribbon, charm, buttons and dazzler are from my stash.

She is coloured with Triamarkers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers. I drew in the extra rain drops and added glossy accents to them.

Christmas Star - All Dressed Up - Winter Wonderland DT

Finally got back on line !!!! My internet connection was down. I actually got up early to post this and finally 10 hours later I am back on line.

Today is the start of a new challenge at Winter Wonderland where the lovely Pat K is the host and she has chosen 'For A Child' as this weeks theme.

I have used one of our sponsors images, 'Christmas Star' for my card.

She is fussy cut and mounted onto A Nitwits paper, co-ordinations card and mirror board.  The star banner is from Marianne Designs and the ribbon, gems and dazzler are from my stash.

I also added gold Glamour Dust to the star and her garland.

She is coloured with Triamarkers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers.

The sentiment is from Diesire and the star is an X-cut die.

Cupcake Sprite - Aurora Wings - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning. Today I am the host at Passion for Promarkers, and I chose the theme of 'A Child's Birthday'. We are being sponsored by the lovely Mitzi at Aurora Wings, and I used the really cute image of 'Cupcake Sprite' which can be found here.

She is fussy cut and layered up with designer paper and co-ordinations card. The ribbon, flower and pearls are from my stash.  The sentiment is from Disire.

She is of course coloured with Triamarkers, Flexmarkers and Promarkers.  I added pink and gold pearls to her frosting and gold glitter to the yellow frosting in her hair,  The blue hundreds and thousands are coloured with Tonic glitter. I also added a wink of stella to the cupcake foil.

How things have changed over the years.  I thought my colouring was really good hmmmmmmmmmmmm. no the wonder there were no comments added to it. The post really made me smile. No description, nothing about what was used to create it.  Just the photo posted.

Lady Spring - Faery Ink - Fussy and fancy DT

Good Morning I am here with my second of two cards for today. It's a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy today, and the Lovely Annie has chosen the theme 'Things with Wings' so what a huge area this  covers, from fighter bombers for men to tiny fairies for girls. Of course I have gone for a fairy :).  This little lady is 'Lady Spring' from Faery Ink, and I love it so much I coloured a blue and a pink (for another challenge) version.  As the challenge is things with wings I also added a 'couple' of butterflies :)

She is cut using a TL hexagon die and nestie. The butterflies are all from MB and the card is coordinations and tonic mirror board.(Jody was right you don't get 'threads' when you use this mirror board).

She is coloured with Triamarkers, flexmarkers and Promarkers.  I added Nuvo glitter to her wings and  flower headband, and some Nuvo drops to the toadstool.

Santa's Helpers - Tiddlyinks - Santa is Coming - Michele Roos - Winter Wonderland DT

I'm here with my first card today with my Winter Wonderland hat on. Our theme this week is 'Must have a charm', a really easy one. For my card I have used a TiddlyInks image 'Santa's Helpers' combined with papers from M R Designs,

I think this is sooooooooo cute. She is fussy cut and added to a M R Designs paper from the Santa is coming pack, The top layer has a Joanna Sheen snowflake border on the bottom, and all other layers are straight cut. I added gold mirror board, pearls, ribbon, charm and dazzler from my stash. I think the sentiment is from Diesire.

My Fair Lady - ~Sassy Studio Designs - PFP DT

Good morning. Today is the start of a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers.  Our theme  chosen by Anna is 'Girls Only', so get out all your ribbons, bows, glitter and gems. I haven't quite used all of those, but nearly did :)
Today I have used our sponsor's image 'My Fair Lady'.  It's another take of one I did a while ago.

When using this image I just have to go with black and white :)

She is cut using a SB grand oval and matted onto a grand scalloped oval.  I bought the black white and silver glitter card ages ago with the intention of using it with this image. The 'lace' is from Joanna Sheen, and ribbon, gems, feathers and flower are from my stash.

She is of course coloured with Triamarkers, flexmarkers and Promarkers.  I added Distress ink to the edges and copious amounts of Nuvo glitter to her hat, dress and umbrella.

The black feathers and little silver fan charm were the finishing touches.
