Hi everyone, back with a card for this weeks The Paper Shelter challenge where the theme this week is 'Be My Valentine'. I have used one of the newest images 'Stylish Flirting' which I have added to a background from an art deco cd.
I think they work really well together. My backing paper is from Nitwits, Butterfly swirls are from Joanna Sheen. Large hearts and heart border from Joy Crafts and large butterfly from Memory Box.It doesn't show but the dark red is a mixture of red mirror and glitter board.
They are of course coloured with Triamarkers, Promarkers and Flexmarkers with some added Prisma pencil. I also decided to add a little white pen to highlight the dress, and added glossy accents to her earring.
Wish I could get the sparkle to show :(

Wow, the fold of this card is awesome...that image looks more like a photograph than something you colored. It's so perfectly shaded that when I look at it, it looks 3-D. These diecuts are scrumptious. LOVE the background for these images. What a fabulous Valentine's Day card...romantic, sweet and it has WOW factor! Hugs, Gail
