Good morning everyone back again, and thankfully getting most things working on the new pc. Today is the start of a new challenge at The Paper Shelter where our theme this week is 'Away with the Fairies'. I just had to used the delightful 'There's a Fairy in my tea' for this one and teamed her up with a backing sheet from 'Love and Letters (04)'.
I fussy cut her and mounted the backing on SB grand labels 1 with layers of decorative grand labels 1. The butterfly is MB and sentiment LOTV mounted onto a Lacey circle and the smallest of the decorative labels. Flowers from WOC and ribbon from The Ribbon Girl. The leaves are a MS punch. Pearls and charm from my stash.
She is of course coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Triamarkers and Prisma pencil, and I did add a little stickles here and there.
The inside does reflect the front.
Our generous prize as always from Veronica and Pedro is $30 voucher if you use a TPS image, or 3 digi's of your choice for any other image.
The other girls have made some fabulous cards for your inspiration this week, I hope you will take the time to have a look.
Also a little reminder that we still have a Design Team Call that lasts until 20th March so if you want to be part of a great team and work with fabulous images go on enter you never know, it could be you.
I am entering the following challenges:-

She is beautiful Eileen. Not sure I would like a fairy in my tea but I would love a fairy to make my tea for sure. The men in my house seem to think tea making is girls' work!! xx

Holy moly. You've got one heck of a card here..it's so gorgeous that I'm looking at it over and over. Your coloring is wonderful. You can do blonde hair...I'm jealous. Susan and I have problems with blonde hair and here's your perfect blonde fairy! We'd like a class with you, please!!!! This card has phenomenal diecuts and is layered magnificently. Your solids match your flower paper so prettily and your angel in her cup is absolutely perfect. Your sentiment and diecut around it is beautiful and the pearls are a wonderful touch. that butterfly...well, it's darned fabulous. I love your ribbon and charm, and last, but not least, that flower arrangement is worth studying. It's so perfect balanced and laid out. Absolutely gorgeous card and I'm saving this one to my desktop. Hugs, Gail P.S. Did I tell you the hair on your angel is beautiful? hahahha!
