Good afternoon. Well I finally took the plunge and inked up another gorgeous image from Aurora Wings............... 'Miyabi'. Oh my did she take some colouring, this was my 5th attempt and I'm still not completely happy with my colour choices.
I followed the guide Mitzi gave us as to her skin colour and ornaments etc and then just went with the flow when it came to the flowers. She is straight cut and mounted onto gold Centura pearl and then red and black card for a dramatic effect. The ribbon, butterfly and charm are from my stash and the large butterfly is a tonic die.
I added silver Sakura pen to her hair slides and then coated them in glossy accents. I also added lots of small pearls around the flowers.
This is the inside where I used dies from Tattered lace.
